I started playing basketball in grade 8. Going into grade 9, I joined the basketball team until grade 11 my experience with basketball at Chaminade had many ups and downs. Basketball through those 3 years has taught me a lot about composure and being sportsmen like. I used to be the type of person that would trash talk all game but my coaches taught me to let my game talk. One main thing I realized that many players don't realize is that there are millions of basketball players trying to get to the same goal and a small percent make it to the league and this made me stop and realize that I should focus on school.
