Work Experience

Canada's Wonderland

I worked at Wonderland as a service associate in "The Marketplace" which is Wonderland's only buffet. With Wonderland being my first job, I've learned about many essential skills all workers should have in their arsenal such as time management, customer service, and being diligent in the workplace.

no frills

I am currently working part time at No Frills in grocery stock. It is a different style of pace because you no longer have the constant interaction with customers. Skills that I have picked up during my time is working efficiently to get all the needed stock to the customers. Basically prioritize the important foods such as produce, meat, and dairy before cookies and candy.

Volunteer Experience

Amesbury's Canada Day

From grade 9 to grade 10, I volunteered to help out with the Canada Day celebration at Amesbury Community Centre. We set up games, prizes, food, and drinks for everyone to enjoy. It was a great way to interact with new people and build relationships, it opened up many opportunities for me to meet people that had the same mindset as me. It is an experience all high school students should look into.

Peer Tutoring

In Mrs. Pasquini's grade 11 Leadership and Peer Support class, a few students had the opportunity to help the incoming grade 9's at Chaminade whom were struggling in their respective classes. We started right after mid-terms and our teachers brought the students in during our lunch in order to help them achieve a higher grade. I really enjoyed this opportunity because as a grade 9 I really struggled with french and someone helped me during their lunch so in a way I was just try to give back the favor.

Church Media Crew

I have been helping out at Victory Assembly Int Church since 2014 with the media portion of the service every Sunday. What the crew does is operate the services sound board, speakers, mics, music, and bible verses during the service and we also do after service activities such as created infomercials for our church.
